This article analyzes the evolution of Dual Careers through the extended learning paradigm, viewing athletic experience as a source of soft skills to be enhanced formally. The focus is on network ecosystems—organizational models connecting universities, federations, and stakeholders via digital technologies. Implementing flexible e-learning, monitoring tools, and hybrid environments breaks down space-time barriers, offering personalized support. The aim is to show how technological innovation and institutional synergy transform the Dual Career into a laboratory of pedagogical innovation. Here, technology enables holistic training, turning sporting experience into professional capital for the global labor market.
